With creativity as his lifeblood and curiosity as his daily guide, he has crafted brand management protocols to reposition and promote a variety of Indian brands like Bajaj, Amul, Godrej, Dabur, Hindustan Unilever and international entities like Coca-Cola, Diageo, Nestle, GlaxoSmithKline across South-East Asia.

The eternally calm perfectionist, Vijay is the purist in the team who helps realize the outcome of the intensive strategic design process. A repository of solutions, his 15 years of design production experience and acute understanding of pre-media and print services have led to some path-breaking print and substrate innovations. He’s the man with all the answers, and if he doesn’t have one, he’ll find one for you. It’s no wonder then, that Vijay enjoys the patronage of some of India’s biggest printing and production houses.
He has won IIP IndiaStar, Printweek, Designomics, World Brand Congress, CII Design Excellence for his work on Taj Mahal Tea, Hershey’s, GlaxoSmithKline and Lakme amongst many others.
Mohammed is the in-house encyclopedia, the person with the most in-depth information on any and every subject. He is also our ‘third eye’ that helps us unearth insights. Energetic and enthusiastic, Mohammed has devised impactful social media marketing strategies and brand strategies for various brands. When he is not doing research for The Neon Project, he is out doing social work. His pride – representing India through ‘Seeds of peace’ in the U.S.
Mahesh brings with him an unparalleled expertise in 3D modelling and animation. An erstwhile teacher in one of the leading animation institutes in Mumbai, Mahesh is that rare combination of multi-skill talent with meticulous approach on everything he handles. He enjoys new challenges and does not mind staying up all night to solve a puzzle – that’s as much fun as a party for him.
The silent performer of our team with a proven record of delivering creative and innovative design solutions, Vaibhav is an Applied Arts graduate with significant cross-domain expertise in brand/visual communication. In a total contrast to his silence in office, With adventure in his genes, Vaibhav enjoys road trips on his Bullet and takes his motorcycle trips very seriously.
